Danielle and Marcus’s wedding was one of my favorites of the year. Laid-back elegance is how I’d describe it – the elegance coming from her beautiful dress, the grand estate, the lush flowers, and the casual quality coming from the three food trucks parked on the lawn for dinner! For their celebration they incorporated all of their favorite things to truly make their wedding their own. When was the last time you saw an almond milk bar at a wedding? :) Small-batch almond milk from Nectar & Green is one of Danielle’s favorite things, and thanks to her it’s mine now too! At their wedding I was also able to really flex my calligraphy chops. I produced everything from the invitation suite to the menus to the cocktail sign. The bride’s friend rounded out all the lettering with some of her illustrations, which inspired me to start illustrating myself! This was my first time at Gore Place in Waltham.
